1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Window
You may initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery for any ready-to-ship saree, kurti, blouse, or nightwear ensemble.
2. Complimentary Doorstep Reverse Pickup
We provide hassle-free doorstep reverse pickup across more than 18,000 pincodes in India. Once your exchange request is submitted, our courier partner will arrive to collect the package within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Condition Guidelines for Exchange
- The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
- All original brand tags, Silk Mark certificates, and luxury box packaging must remain intact.
- Sarees must remain neatly folded with original pleat folding. Fall-and-pico stitched sarees or custom-tailored blouses cannot be exchanged unless received damaged.
4. How to Request an Exchange

- Specify the reason for exchange and your desired replacement item or size.
- Keep the package ready in its original box with courier labels.
- Upon receipt and inspection at our Kolkata atelier, your replacement piece will be dispatched within 24 hours.
